I've been keeping this to myself because I didn't want to explain if things went too wrong but I think we're finally in the clear for me to post this. We sold our house and have been living with my folks for the last 6 weeks or so while we looked for a new one. I was beginning to stress as the baby will be here sooner than we realize. Anyway, we've been looking and in the houses we could afford, we didn't find anything we wanted...until last weekend. So, we made an offer...they countered back...we have countered again and their agent just called to tell me they are going to take it and it looks like we have a deal. I LOVE THIS HOUSE! I am so excited...as are the kids and DH. We still may not be in by the time the baby comes...but, shouldn't be long after...so YAY!
Thanks all. I'm really excited. It even looks like there is a really good chance now that we'll be in a couple of weeks before the baby is here so we can at least be a bit settled before we bring her home.
