Here is a video based on the Fever Series. This is just a DEPICTION of this series...they are not making a movie out of it...but here is the video...it gives you a general idea what it is about...but there is SOOOOOO MUCH MORE to it than this...
And thanks for posting the links to the fanfiction!!! I saved them on my desktop and will read them when I am anxiously awaiting the next book in the Fever series.

I'm so going to have to book mark those Adriana....so I can read them when I'm finished with the rest of the books!!!
First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer

I ended up not buying it today. The guy told me they had it in paperback, so I drove there and it's hardcover, so I'm going to have to wait till I get paid to get it.

Oh that was nice of him Danni...I would have been ticked. I hate when people do that to me, especially over something as detrimental as BOOKS!
I just started on Book number 2 of the Fever Series, and so far its way good. But I need to tear myself away to run to the grocery store to get stuff to make homemade chicken noodle soup. DH wants me to make ALOT so they dont starve while I continue my reading escapade. lol

Thanks for the fanfiction links Adriana! I am going to have to check those out as soon as I read the beginning chapters of midnight sun on Stephenie Meyer's website. After that I am on to some jodi Picoult again.
Danni- No I have not read that book yet. I love Jodi Picault...but to be honest it seemed like every single book had courtroom drama throughout and I just got sick of the redundence of it. So I took a break with her, but will read one once in a while.
I am stuck on the vampires and mythical creatures for now.

I started Darkfever earlier tonight and could not put it down...I was almost late getting ready. I made my Mom hide the book until tomorrow...I knew I would want to read it tonight and if I read drunk I'll just forget it! Thanks for recomending the series, I can tell I'm going to love it! The only problem is I am going to go CrAzY waiting for the new one to come out next summer!

I finished New Moon last night....OMG I cried the first half of the book....it was just horrible...it was like I could feel everything Bella was feeling...I had to keep wiping my eyes so I could keep reading......
Now I can't wait to start Eclipse, which I should have by tomorrow...
I'm trying to get Midnight sun, but I can't get it to open on my laptop....and I'd rather read from it than my PC.... I think I could finish that today....
I don't think I could ever read another vampire book because I think nothing could compare to Twilight....and since I'm not really into vampires anyway...I'm more a Romance reader.

Well I've only read the first two, Twilight and New Moon, but that's not the way I see Bella....except the always hurting herself part....but I don't really see her as whiney and bratty....I see her as the kid whose always had to be the adult in life....

Oh Chelle, I never rolled my eyes so much reading a book before. No plot, no suspense, nothing but "woe is me" and "he is like a greek god". I can't seem to finish New Moon.

I can't say that I had the same problem....I couldn't put it down....but that could also be because I've been in that position of Bella...where I have had someone that I was madly in love with decide to leave me because I deserved better and to have a better life...I can understand that despair...I actually really related to the New Moon book more than Twilight...I ached for her....maybe because I know what that ache feels like when you loose someone that way........plus I'm a Romance junkie...I'm not big on suspense...

GASP I am about to fall over right now! I loved those books because I could totally relate. I FELT what Bella was feeling. Aside from having my own personal vampre (I wish I had) I have been in her position. I have felt that raw emotion...hurt..naked feelings that she felt. I so related to her that I found myself bawling because I was feeling the hurt.
Whiny..I don't think I saw that at all...I saw a hurt girl who just had her heart ripped out. I guess that is why they say that everyone is different but I honestly didn't see any of those books like that.
