Sorry Shannon...NOT Laugh Cry I have honestly gone off the deep end with this reading thing. Who knew? I know I used to love BK. (Before Kids...that is how I reference things!)

Now...I am constantly writing authors down...I could spend an entire day at the bookstore just smelling the books! I am weird, I know it.

I think I'll have it read honestly I'm on page 390! I think I'll probably finish it tonight...I just had to have Chasity hide it until I get the house cleaned....

James planned a romantic night including getting an overnight trip for the kids to his parents.....um think he'd mind if I read him twilight???

First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer

LOL OMG Chelle read to him outloud! What could be more romantic? LMAO But then again you dont want HIM getting hooked on Twilight too....then everyone would starve and the house would never get cleaned!

Misty- if I ever come down to Texas we will have to camp out in a Barnes and Noble for a few days. Seriously if they had hotel rooms to rent in the middle of a bookstore I would stay there on weekends. (Oh...and is my typing a little less "Yankee" than my voice? Giggle I got a kick out of that...)

And I guess you are right about skipping the first book. I need to go watch the movie again. I watched the movie, then read the book and I vaguely remember the movie now that I read the whole series. So I recant my statement about it being ok to skip the book...the character backgrounds is VERY important. DOnt listen to me... Giggle

It does really pale in comparison to Twilight and to The Shack. Every book I read now since reading the shack, other then twilight of course, has been just okay. LOL And yeah As soon as he got called out I knew what it was going to be, I don't know why it came as so predictable to me but I wasn't surprised. It was still a good book just not great in my opinion. LOL

And yes don't listen to Shannon! Laugh Cry It is mainly because of what they tell you about Alice in the book that they never even touch on in the movie that I feel is really really important to know.

I work at a bookstore.....LOL I can and do spend hours just looking through books. I went in today even though it was my day off simply because I had spare time and no kids with me, I actually managed to find one of the dark hunter series by Sherilyn Kenyon that I had searched for a few days ago and couldn't find. I totally feel you on the whole addicted to reading thing.

Okay so today while I was in the store, my boss gave me my Christmas present, the WHOLE Twilight series.....Then she took new moon back. Lost It
Now let me explain, she was supposed to have gotten another copy of new moon for another customer but ended up with 2 copies of twilight instead so I told her to go ahead and take my copy of new moon to give to the customer. She went online and ordered me another copy of it right away but then found out that I had already read twilight and needed to move onto new moon next so she called MY husband and asked him to stop at walmart to pick it up for her to give to me. Laugh Cry So with luck by tonight I will be reading New Moon instead of wrapping my kids Christmas presents. LOL

Ok ALL of the Sookie Stackhouse books came today Fed Ex. Omg they are on my counter and I am rushing through my casenotes for work so I can absorb myself in them for the next 4 days. I have no kids besides Delaney tomorrow night and DH is not home either because he is on midnights. I have a feeling I will be pulling a midnight shift reading!!! I am so excited!!!

And OMG if I worked in a bookstore I would get fired because I would be looking through all the books and ignoring the customers.

Haha lucky for me the owner is one of my best friends so I don't have to worry about getting fired for looking at books. LOL

So I am bad bad bad! I promised myself to not be stupid and stay up late reading but of course I dove into new moon last night then read until 1:30 in the morning. I didn't even hear my alarm going off, thank goodness Kirk hadn't left for work and was able to come wake me up.

Woot finished New Moon last night! Managed to get it done before I had to start wrapping, it would have killed me to not be able to finish it! I really enjoyed it and can't wait to start the third, which if I luck out and the kids leave me alone for a tiny bit today then i can start reading it!

Well hopefully the author will decide to complete midnight sun so that we can have a 5th of it at least! I know I am going to be so upset when I am done them. I almost considered starting a different book today but then changed my mind and started Eclipse anyway. LOL I couldn't help myself! Although I haven't had much time to read it, I do get a full 2 hours to read it tomorrow on the drive to my sister's house though.

Hopefully you'll find the last 2 before you finish new moon Chelle.

I finished Eclipse today, awesome awesome awesome read! I promised my husband that I wouldn't start reading Breaking Dawn until tomorrow though, I guess he might be feeling neglected.

Almost done with the first Sookie Stackhouse book...I like it and am glad there are more to read when I get home. But school starts again for me January 12th I believe and I have to have them all done by then so I can focus. I get way too wrapped up in reading.

I hope that the Twilight series author makes another book too! That would be so great. I still want to read more and find out how things turned out a few years out from the last book with certain people. I am not going to say more than that and ruin it for Adrienne.....

I just got done reading Charlaine Harris' Dead Until Dark. It was good....different than Twilight good though, so I wouldnt categorize it with the craze going on. But it makes you want to read the rest of the series for sure, and I like when I can get into a character and Sookie Stackhouse is easy to get into.

But now I got a few books from the Fever Series in the mail and am torn between continuing with this series and starting one of those....hhhhmmmmmmm.....
