Yesterday at work I asked a customer if I could help them with anything. This dude was probably close to 60, one of those big gray beards, leather jacket, total biker type. He goes, "Do you do in home service? Can you come set up my shredder?" Now I know he was kidding so I laughed and said "no sorry". Then he tells me he's just visiting and single and asks me to go over to his house again. I told him I was married and he goes, "I'm so sorry". Not in the tone that he was sorry about how he was acting but that he was sorry for me that I was married. A guy I worked with saw him following me around so he called me over to him and watched the guy check out and leave while I told him what was going on. After the guy left, I went back to my register and he came back inside. Didn't say anything just looked my way and walked back out. He got into his car and pulled up in the fire lane and just stared at me through the window for like 10 minutes. Ick! He finally just left and I didn't see him anymore. When I told my manager Tyler he was mad and asking me why I didn't come get him and that he would have taken care of him for me. I hope he never comes back, he was creepy. lol.

that is creepy!! We've had customers in that have acted in ways like that before and it can definitely freak you out. It is something to take seriously though, if it ever happens again and you feel at all uncomfortable go and get your manager.

The past couple of nights Jesse has taken me to work and picked me back up. We always leave the store as a group anyways but I guess it just makes Jesse feel better. There was a 21 year old girl found dead and naked on the parkway not far from here just last week(she lived only like 5 miles away from me) and they have no idea who killed her. Everyone is just being extra cautious. But the creep hasn't been back so I think he's probably just one of those dirty old men that do that to waitresses, cashiers, etc.

That's down right scary!!!
    First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way.
