what are you guys doing with all the halloween candy your kids got? I so want it out of my house! My kids don't really eat a lot of candy or chocolate anyway. The local orthodontist takes the candy and sends it to our troops overseas and pays the kids $1 per pound of candy. So I'm going to let them pick out a handful each and the rest is going to the dentist!

Tyler got a ton of it from family members. I picked out some suckers and a few of the fruit snacks and sent the rest to the ranch shop where there are men around all the time looking for a snack.

Yeah our dentist does the troop thing too but only $1.00 for a pound and only two pounds each kid. So You figure that most kids dont see it as a great dea.

Most of the candy from the kids went to my niece. She took it to school and is sharing it with her friends. The boys didn't get to keep very much.

I let my kids eat on it for the first week and then is "disappears" lol. I might just hide it and pull some out here and there and there are times I just pitch the whole bag. My friends mom told her grandkids she would pay them $2 a lb for their candy so they are taking whats left at the end of the week to her.

I let them eat on it till it's gone, or they get tired of it, which ever comes first.

We got TONS!! I'll keep it out for a week or so and let them pick at it. I'll freeze some for when we need a chocolate fix in the future. The rest I'll bring to school and use for treats for my students.

They usually eat it.....Aaron and Chas were the only ones who went this year...so among the 5 of us we usually eat in up in a few weeks....and sometimes I'll bring it to work cause it goes really fast there.

First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer
