Omg, I bought this cookbook at the girls bookfair for $5. Its cupcakes from the cake doctor and I was just looking through it for ideas for Alisyn's bday party this weekend. There are soooooo many good sounding recipes and they all seem pretty easy too. All of them use a box mix but you just dr it up some. I picked out some that I thought wouldnt be to pricey to get the add in's and let Alisyn pick from those and she chose neapolitan sundae cupcakes. You use white cake mix, separate into 3 bowls and put chocolate syrup in one, strawberry gelatin powder in the other and leave one plain. You spoon a layer at a time into the cupcake papers and top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate on it and top with a cherry. Doesnt that just sound DELISH?? I am excited lol. They really have sooo many that sounded good so I cant wait to try more of them. Has anyone seen or used any of the recipes from the cake doctor? btw, I know this is kinda a food related post but since it wasnt really a recipe but more of me being excited about it I am posting it in here lol

Sandra's book fair is next week. I'll have to see if they have that book. Those cupcakes do sound yummy and easy enough to do.

I have the Cake Doctor book and also the Cupcake one and sadly have never used either one LOL.

Sarah get to baking some cakes girl lol. I made the cupcakes tonight since I will be gone most of the day tomorrow. They look and smell good but will have to let you know if they taste good Sunday lol. Oh I havent iced them yet, waiting to do that on Sunday before the party.

I can't wait to hear how they taste, i wasn't feeling well when i went grocery shopping today so i didn't get the stuff but i really wanna try them!
