Melody,

It was sooooo tough to find what would work with her. Thank goodness we got it now! We have her on Similac Alimentum- which is soooooo expensive and DH wants to find something cheaper but I am too scared to try anything in case we go back to the same problems with reflux and constipation. I am the one who didnt get sleep- not HIM!!!! beating a dead horse

Shannon I so feel you on the sleep thing! I stole DH side of the bed, it was too much of a pain to crawl in and out with Alexis. I told him when she sleeps through the night he can have it back. Well she was doing great until we went on vacation! It really threw her off, but I think she has it back down. He started complaining last night again, so I told him he could get up and bring her to me, as I am breast feeding! he told me I was stupid why would he wake up just for me to have to wake up to feed her, Well my point exactly! MEN!!!

Oh Delaney is almost 5 MONTHS!!!! Her and Sawyer hit these milestones two days apart so I know you are thinking the same thing Misty. WOW time flies. It seems like last week we were on here complaining about our aching backs and feet.

Delaney is doing good though...has a checkup on Sept 11th. No issues for the past few months and she is growing like crazy. Big thunder thighs and she is sooooooo happy all the time. She sleeps 12 hours every night, which is such a blessing. Had to bring her to daycare for the first time today. Big sister always watched her but now school will be starting and i had to break her in. So sad.

Hope everyone else's little ones on here are doing good. Post more updates!!! Oh...and if all of you in this thread could send me a pic of each of your little ones that would be awesome. I am making a BOL page in Laineys scrapbook and want to add the babies that were born around her time.

OMG Misty! 2-3 times still?? My son did the same thing and I was a zombie! I was reading in a journal of mine that he did not sleep through the night until he was 8 months old. I was so exhausted and crabby all the time. Maybe he is waking up because he is hungry? Have you started him on cereal at all? I know when my boy did the same thing I started feeding him a little cereal before bed and then he didnt wake up. He just had such an appetite. Hope you break him of it so you can sleep soon!!!

Poor Sawyer...he just loves his mommy!!!!

Cereal...are you kidding me? Giggle My son is already eating me out of house & home! He eats cereal, veggies, fruits...all that good stuff. PLUS, I make sure to feed him RIGHT before bed & HE STILL wakes up.

Here is the thing. He eats. He eats both times he wakes up in the middle of the night. I was concerned he wasn't getting enough from BM...but when I started feeding him cereal, he still does it.

He gets plenty from my breast milk...the kid is right on schedule during the DAY....the night is a whole different story!

Oh wow, what a good eater! He is so cute Misty I cant stand it! He is just a hungry man and likes to see you in the middle of the night. Does he go back to sleep good after eating, or is that a process in itself?

Its so frustrating when they are up alot it seems like you never fully get to sleep...boy do I remember that feeling. I think Delaney is going to start waking up in the night again too because she is eating alot more lately.

He goes RIGHT back to sleep. I am going to work on this tonight. He doesn't keep me awake, it is just that interrupted sleep. It takes a toll.

Well thats good that he goes back to sleep. He just gets up to snack at the dairy bar. lol

The interupted sleep is worse than just being up all night I think. When Delaney was up every hour and a half I just told Tony "F" it, I am not going to even bother going back to sleep because it is just worse getting up! Of course men dont get it because they dont have to breast feed. And that ticks me off too...so it adds to the feeling of frustration. rant
