I never got the email telling me my page was expired. Now its all deleted. Is there any way I can save some of the info? Help!!!

Unfortunately we can not recover deleted photos that were previously uploaded to your account. If your account was deleted on or after May 26, 2004 you can restore your guestbook and journal entries, however prior to that date we did not archive that data. To have those entries restored you will need to do the following:

*Create a new web page for your baby
*Go to your Guestbook Administration Section
*Click the link titled "restore expired guestbook"
*Enter the email address and four-digit PIN registered to your expired account
*Click submit

Any guestbook entries registered to your expired account should now be restored to your new account. Repeat this process for your journal entries.

Please be sure to keep it updated at least every 90 days so it isn't deleted again. You can re-upload your photos at your convenience. To retrieve the Birth Facts or Additional Comments from your expired account, please log in to the Mem
