actually i looked over it again and it says
"We're sorry, but the email address and PIN combination you provided was not found in our database of expired accounts. Please correct your information and resubmit the form." so i think that it just hasnt been noted that my account has been expired. is there anyway around that or is there a certain time frame that i need to wait until i can reload the information? i also would like to say that it is great that you guys do save information from expired accounts. i was so very greatful. i seriously cried when i saw that it expired, and especially since it was today. i have alot of milestones that i only recorded on the website and i thought that 3 months of her memories were erased. i actually logged on today to enter the many months that i have just written down. |

I received your email this morning, and will send more information there. But FYI, milestones are not archived. Journal entries are, guestbooks are, but the milestones are the newest feature and archiving has not been programmed yet. Here are instructions for restoring the archived information: *Create a new web page for your baby (looks like you did that already) *Go to your Guestbook Administration Section *Click the link titled "restore expired guestbook" *Enter the email address and four-digit PIN registered to your expired account *Click submit Any guestbook entries registered to your expired account should now be restored to your new account. Repeat this process for your journal entries. Please be sure to keep your new account updated at least every 90 days so it isn't deleted again. You can re-upload your photos at your convenience.
