everytime a make a journal update and try to save it...i get kicked out and an error message that says to hit refresh or try again later. Help!

I'm sorry that you are experiencing difficulties. In order for me to assist you, however, I will need to know what the error message is that you are receiving.

Please do what you were doing when you originally received the error message again. If you don't receive an error message, great! If you receive an error message again, though, please copy and paste the exact message so that I can look into this for you. Also be sure to copy the web page address (url) in your address bar.

If the error says "Error 500 Page Cannot Be Displayed" or something similar, let's fix your computer so you get an exact error message when things go awry rather than the generic 500 "friendly" error. Please do this:

Open your browser
Click Tools
Click Internet Options
Click the Advanced Tab
UNcheck the box that says "Show friendly HTTP error messages
Click Apply
Click OK

Now you will be able to get an exact error message. please do what you were
doing when you originally received the error message again. If you receive
an error message please copy and paste the exact error message you receive
in your reply.

You also will want to check to make sure you don't have third party software trying to hijack your computer, commonly known as scumware.
