When I go onto my BOL webpage I get an American COnsumer Survey pop-up, which would be OK, but it doesn't have a close box option and it covers the left hand side of the writing in my message board, any ideas how to get rid?

click the words "hide this" that is directly under that hover ad and it will be immediately removed. Otherwise it disappears on its own after about 30 seconds.
