Hi, I'm having two problems which I just can't seem to work out and need your help.

The first is:- when I try to login to the pregancy journal page, it says there is an error as someone is already logged in under that name. I am logged in at this point because I have been to the babies pages beforehand.

The second is:- When I add my milestones to my babies page, they don't appear. I have the milestones option turned on so can't fathom out why it won't work.

I'd appreciate any help you can give.

That is not an error message on our system. Please copy the exact error message you receive when trying to log in to your member account at http://www.babiesonline.com/members

Please clear your history and cache and then revisit your page. Your browser is saving the old information from your web page and displaying that, rather than the new stuff.

Thanks for such a quick reply :-) As you suggested, I cleared out my temp files & cookies and I have been able to view my milestones on my babies pages :-D

On trying to open up a pregnancy journal, the problem is still there. As I mentioned before, I am already logged into the site because I have been looking at my babies pages and it's after I click on the link to the pregnancy journals when it asks for an email addy and it comes up with the following error message:-

Errors were detected on the form submitted:

Email. This email address has already been used. Please log into our Update Area with your email address and four-digit PIN.
If you need your PIN emailed to you please Click Here!
If you already registered but didn't receive your PIN please Click Here!
Click Here For Help

K, you are trying to create a new account rather than log in to an existing account. Additionally, viewing your baby's web page is not the same as being logged in to your account (i.e. I can view your baby's web page, but that does not give me access to edit it).

You need to log in to our Member's Area at http://www.babiesonline.com/members with the same email address used to create your baby's web page (*@blueyonder.* is NOT the correct email address) I don't know what the correct address is because you've never indicated your baby's web page address - but I can look that up for you if you'd like to contact me directly and privately.
