My daughter web page was deleted (i forgot to update) anyway its been up 4 yrs and I did alot of journalling on the first page birth facts and other section. It was just deleted today and when I loged in it had the information I needed and said I could redo a new page and restore the guest book and such... Well I've tryed to restore the guest book and it wont let me I keep getting an enturnal error on the server. I also have tryed logging back in with my old pin and email so I can get to the page that dsplayed the verbage that used to be on the page and since creating the new page I can't seem to log in and get to that page... Can someone please advise me on what to do..

I realy just need the verbage/journalling I did
on the first page as I haven't saved that journallin else where and it cover about 4 yrs worth of milestones and updates. ay help would be grately apperiated..

Hi again it seem I was finally able to get the guest book back ... I still need help to see if I can get the words and such from the front page. both the birth facts and Additional text sections on the first page.

To retrieve the Birth Facts or Additional Comments from your expired account, please log in to the Member's Area with the email address and PIN registered to your *expired* account. You will be able to copy and paste it on the resulting page.

I've tryed to do that but I get this message:

When I resigned up I used the same email and am wondering now if maybe thats a problem. any more help/adive on this would be greatly apperiated...

Nope, that's not the problem. Sounds like your not putting in the correct PIN. Make sure you are using the correct PIN with no spaces before or after the four-digit number.

I'm using the exact number with no space that was sent to me by babies on line for my old accout and still getting that message.. The reson I brang up the thing about the same email is because The email adress was used as the user name for both the old acount and the new one and was issued a new pin when the new account was made, so I'm wondering if maybe when it issued the new pin with that same email/username that maybe it over wrote the old pin or some how got mixed up... Wondering now if there anyway it can be fixed or if someone from Babies online can some how get the text and email it to me or post it here...again any help would be apperiated ..

Unfortunately we can not recover deleted photos that were previously uploaded to your account. If your account was deleted on or after May 26, 2004 you can restore your guestbook and journal entries, however prior to that date we did not archive that data. To have those entries restored you will need to do the following:

*Create a new web page for your baby
*Go to your Guestbook Administration Section
*Click the link titled "restore expired guestbook"
*Enter the email address and four-digit PIN registered to your expired account
*Click submit

Any guestbook entries registered to your expired account should now be restored to your new account. Repeat this process for your journal entries.

Please be sure to keep it updated at least every 90 days so it isn't deleted again. You can re-upload your photos at your convenience. To retrieve the Birth Facts or Additional Comments from your expired account, please log in to the Member's Area with the email address and PIN registered to your *expired* account.

I am having this same problem. Did you get it fixed, and how? I am really upset that I can't get to my daughter's original site.
