I can update my daughter's webpage with photos, but after I get the profile typed in & click save, it takes me to the page cannot be displayed. I've tried it several times. Is there something wrong with the site?

Let's fix your computer so you get an exact error message when things go awry rather than the generic 500 "friendly" error. Please do this:

Open your browser
Click Tools
Click Internet Options
Click the Advanced Tab
UNcheck the box that says "Show friendly HTTP error messages
Click Apply
Click OK

Now you will be able to get an exact error message. Once you know that your pictures are properly formatted (and you've turned off friendly error messages) please try to upload the picture again. If you receive an error message please copy and paste the exact error message you receive in your reply.

Thanks Shannon. I did figure it out. I was over the limit in the profile.

I wasn't having problems with the pictures, I had no problem with them just the profile.

It's okay though, I got it figured out.
