Hi, I am having a problem with getting into my account to update my daughter's website. After I type in my email address and PIN, a page comes up saying this:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch

/Members/members.asp, line 138

I know I am doing the right email and PIN. I was able to get in this morning without a problem. Does anyone know what could be wrong. Thanks!

I also can not log into my accounts. I was also able to get in this morning but I can not get n now. Below is the message I get. Thanks.

I lost my baby's entire page and I tried creating a new account but I really need all the old information back. Can you or anyone please help? Thanks

Unfortunately we can not recover deleted photos that were previously uploaded to your account. If your account was deleted on or after May 26, 2004 you can restore your guestbook and journal entries, however prior to that date we did not archive that data. To have those entries restored you will need to do the following:

*Log in to your NEW account
*Go to your Guestbook Administration Section
*Click the link titled "restore expired guestbook"
*Enter the email address and four-digit PIN registered to your expired account
*Click submit

Any guestbook entries registered to your expired account should now be restored to your new account. Repeat this process for your journal entries.

Please be sure to keep it updated at least every 90 days so it isn't deleted again. You can re-upload your photos at your convenience. To retrieve the Birth Facts or Additional Comments from your expired account, please log in to the Member's Area with the email address and PIN registered to your *expired* account.
