I'm trying to log into my account using the PIN provided to me last year. However, it states it's invalid. I want to create a web page for my soon to be son using this account. Even when I ask for my PIN to be emailed to me, I am not receiving a notification. I have made sure my filters are correct with the babiesonline.com information too. Please help!

Please make sure you are using the same email address to log in that you used to register. It sounds like you're trying to use the wrong email address.
