I'm sorry you're having problems with viewing the changes you've made to your account.
When changing anything on your baby's web page (uploading new pictures, editing text, viewing new guestbook entries) it may be necessary to refresh/reload your browser to see the changes. If after doing this you still are not able to see the new information you've updated, please clear your browser's cache and history, close your browser, and open it again. Please consult your browser's help files, or call your ISP's technical support department for step-by-step instructions on how to do this. Please search your help files for keywords "clear cache" and "clear history" or, if you are an AOL Member, you can call AOL Customer Service at 1-888-346-3704 for instructions Once you've cleared both your cache and history restart your computer. Then go to your baby's web page and click the "Reload" or "Refresh" button. You should be able to see the changes. If not, give it a day and try again.
