I was sick in bed puking.....so James taped Grey's, but forgot to tape Private Practice...so I only saw the first ...
I think it's a possibility the blood work was switched.....

I'm sorta diggin the whole Christina story line....and I like Lexi with McSteamy....

I'm not sure what I watched this morning... I dvr Grey's and the most recent one I had was where Izzy was having the interns run a bunch of tests on her, Derrick was trying to come up with ways to propose to Mer and had the room ready when he got a call and had to rush out and it was all cleaned up when Mer went in (but she found a rose petal under her pillow). Oh and the new Peds surgeon kissed Callie. Was this the grey's right before the Private Practice where they tied them together or was this a different one all together? I dont dvr Private Practice so I missed that and now I could shoot myself! lol.
Can someone give me a rundown on what happened. I dont like being lost!

There is a lot going on, and I will fill you in but if anyone is reading this and plans to watch the latest episodes, STOP READING NOW because I'm going to spoil it for ya!!
Let's see... So Addison called McDreamy b/c her brother Archer has a parasite in his brain and needed surgery to remove it. He had a bunch of cysts which McDreamy removed successfully and there are no post-surgery complications as far as we know. After that surgery he operated on this pregnant lady to remove an aneurysm so they are teasing us going back and forth between these two brain surgeries making us wonder which one is going to make it and which one isn't!! In the Private Practice part, the pregnant lady who just had the aneurysm removed has some odd symptoms after her surgery and they discover that her baby needs a blood transfusion so Addison does that while the baby is still in utero. As far as we know she is OK now but like I said they are really teasing us with it!! Meredith is seeing Addison and McDreamy together and hearing about their wedding and having doubts about how well she knows McDreamy now... And Christina found out that Owen had a fiance who he dumped in an email and he also hasn't told his family that he's back from Iraq. They haven't given us any more info on the Callie/Pediatrician storyline really, and the Izzy thing hasn't really developed much either. That should get you up to speed on the Grey's side of things, they continued the storyline a bit in Private Practice but it mostly still centers around the regular characters. Oh yea, and Mer's friend who recently joined the show (Can't remember her name, but she's the one Callie had a crush on before the Ped kissed her) quit her job because she cheated to get into the resident program.

OoOoO it must be pregnancy hormones but I couldn't get enough of McSteamy in that episode. I normally never liked him or his character. I haven't watched the show since season 3, but watched that and now I want to get caught up. I'm totally behind on a lot of the story line. And Izzy, are they really writing her off the show?
I read that too Francis.. Izzie is one of my favs right now, so I'm disappointed in that.. I have loved those two shows combined the past two weeks.. this week is the last I think.

Yeah, the two shows have been really good. I couldn't get into Practice, but after watching it for a while I like it. So, is McDreamy going to propose?

It's flip flopping nomes.... one minute I read they are... and the next I'm reading that it's a rumor. I guess we won't truly know unless the actors themselves say they are leaving... or until it just happens!

I guess. It would be so sad if those two left. The whole show is what it is just becuase of all the actors together. Meredith isn't Meredith without Izzy, and George isn't George without ..... you know
I fell fast for George, only because he doesn't have that same model look that the rest of them have. Although now I find him to be one of the best looking guys on there, just because of his personality!
