I'm worried about feeding my son spoiled breast milk, when it time for me to go back to work. I have a wonderful sitter and a chart that tells me how long the milk can be in the refrigerator or freezer, but I'm still worried.
Need some advise. Thank you

Well, I would say if you are that worried taste it. If it taste spoiled, don't give it to your baby.

To be honest I would just freeze it all, it only takes a few seconds for it to defrost when needed. It your baby goes to the sitter then I would only send what the baby would usually take in that time frame maybe an extra ounce or 2 but that would be it.

I would freeze it all and take the oldest to teh sitter 1st and take 2 extra for her to keep in her freezer . Maybe take 2 each week to replace the freezer 2 and have her use the 2 form last week on Monday. Doesnt take long to thaw ina glass or bowl of water. Id have her keep it all frozen.
