There was a mom that still allowed her 8 year old daughter to start nursing off of the breast whenever she had her baby, who is now 21 months and she also nurses her 5 year old... Anyone else think this is strange? I think if oyur kid can remember sucking on your boob, you've probably drawn it out a little far and its time to wean. Sorry if I offended anyone or if anyone does this but I just wanted to know yalls thoughts on this!

It's just me, but I won't go over two years and I hear a lot of flack about a 2 year old!
ewww I can never imagine a kid Clarity and Ariel's ages nursing on me. I'd feel gross and probably pervy for some reason! lol   |

To each their own, if they are comfortable with it then that's their thing. Personally I couldn't have done it that long. Ryan self weaned at 32 months old, I would have weaned him myself if he hadn't stopped by 3, that was my limit.

You would think she would want the milk for the baby. I have seen shows where a lady had a 12 year old still nursing on her. Not me I think that is a little old.
