We've been going strong for two months! I still can't believe how incredibly different this experience has been from my experience with Ainsley. I go back to work in a week and a half and am not looking forward to all the pumping. I'm nervous about my supply dropping when I go back, so please pray it doesn't! I've enjoyed not cleaning my pump constantly like last time and having to clean bottles. I guess I'll get use to all that again. She's obviously doing great on my milk...she basically weighs the same now as Ainsley weighed at 4 months...that's crazy! I weighed her at home yesterday and she was 11 lb 14.5 oz. She hasn't had any formula yet and I'm very proud of that!

Awesome!! What a relief I know this is for you that it is working so well this time.

OMG YES! Ainsley's really good around her so far, but if DH isn't home and I have both at home, its hard. DH entertains her when I'm feeding Amelia and he's here, but if he's gone I have to get fruit treats or something else that I can give Ainsley one at a time. Otherwise she wants to sit in in my lap or climb on me while I feed her and obviously that won't work!

I just realized your two are about the same age difference Leia and Cooper will be! I'm not dead set on breastfeeding yet, because of them being so close in age, but who knows. Maybe he'll take to it unlike my other two.

Ainsley was not much of a breastfeeder and I was a glutten for punishment and pumped 7 months for her! Thank God Amelia is much better at it! I hadn't had time to recoup from pumping last time!
