My engorgement has pretty much subsided, well, regulated anyway. However, I've been having a lot of itching on my breasts, under them and between them. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so, how did you deal with it?

I've been using Goldbond powder between them and lotion/cream on them but it doesn't help much. Any suggestions would be welcome!

My boobs itch CONSTANTLY! I try "letting them breathe" a little during the day, and also apply cold packs to them and it seems to help. Itching tends to stimulate let down so I try not to do that Giggle

Well, goldbond is good, just be sure you are washing them with a mild soap and water. you might also look on Mason's tongue for white I think the itchy-ness could be from a breast infection from the engorgement so you may want to ring the doc... Good luck im glad the BFing is going well!!!

I was told not to use cold packs but to use warm ones for let down. Weird how we all get different info.

No no, I use warm for let down and cold for soreness/itchies. Warm makes it more itchy, especially with the humidity of summer!

Yep - the warm definitely makes the itching worse though the warm really helps with the pain of engorgement. The cold makes the itching a little better (the Goldbond has a "cooling" effect and helps that way). I don't think it's any kind of infection because there's no rash or anything like that. I think it's just a combination of the summer heat and having to wear a bra pretty much 24/7. I think it's just something I'll have to deal with during the summer. Thanks for the input ladies!
